Estimator - Co-owner

Ian began working as an estimator in 1999. In that time, he has managed hundreds of projects and helped many families and businesses with their roofing, siding, and other remodeling needs. When not working as an estimator, Ian assists with quality control, helping to ensure that every Valley Exteriors project goes as smoothly as possible.

Simon Nielsen

Estimator

The newest member of the Valley Exteriors family, Simon offers a customer-first approach to project management. His past job experience, along with his first-hand experience in finishing carpentry, provides him with a unique perspective and a keen eye for detail.

Aaron Vandermause

Office Manager - Co-owner
