I had Valley Exterior install windows, siding, and a new roof. Ian was fantastic to work with and did a great job in answering all of my questions. The quality of the work completed was second to none.Cons- overall start to finish took a lot longer than what I expected and what was discussed. Materials were sitting for over a month before even being used in our driveway. Cleanup was overlooked I felt.with four little ones running around; the left over nails and staples were everywhere after the installer was finished every day of work.But overall Ian and Dan did a great job with everything that was installed.

Outside of time it took to complete, we have zero complaints. Ian was awesome to work with, offering suggestions and real time updates. We have a completely next exterior and some big problems fixed because of them and their sub contractors.

From the initial estimate to the very helpful input for picking out colors to getting things scheduled, Ian's patience and promptness was appreciated more than he may ever know. In regards to the actual work, when Ian said Dan (The Lead Installer) would be more concerned about our house than we are, he wasn't kidding. Wow! Ed Campbell came to give us an estimate for a new roof. When we told him we were planning ahead and were not going to make a decision today, he respected that and still continued on with the appointment anyway. We’ve had MANY other companies out recently and as soon as they realized they weren’t going to get a sale immediately- they’ve either stopped the appointment or left. Ed was honest, informative, and respectful. We felt like he was treating our home as if it was his own and really appreciated all the information he gave us. In April, Ian from Valley Exteriors came to chat about redoing the siding and windows on our home. He was professional, patient, and a wealth of knowledge in ever conversation we had. We had a quote within a week, and it was as close as you could get to the equity in our home, so we decided to work on financing. Valley Exteriors was understanding of the time frame especially with the pandemic, and everything happening. Ian soon brought Dan St. Louis by to take a look at the work that needed to be done and immediately they were both excited to help. Instead of leaving/moving from our 124 year old home we decided we were going to give it a major facelift. In July siding tear off began and Joel's crew was more than respectful and did fantastic work. From August through September Dan and Wes worked diligently to complete a replication of what our house was prior with four colors making this painted lady something people dream of having. They took extra care when doing the windows and were respectful of the health of our family. We added new posts, gutters and downspouts, updating lighting on the porch, added scallops, and fixed all the garage along with a laundry list of other little things that made this project incredible and PERFECT. I can not say enough about this company, I am happy that we decided to go with Valley Exteriors and know who I will call when the next project is scheduled.

The Valley Exterior team was awesome to work with. Ian, Dan, Wes, Nate & Berto did a remarkable job on our siding project. They transformed my home to something I would of never imagined as they respected my home and my family -Brody ,Leelah & Linus too. They loved all the dog treats Dan brought for them. Ed from Valley Exteriors came out and provided a competitive bid to do a roofing job on my 1879 built Victorian style home. It was not an easy job with a lot of angle and dormers on a mansard style roof. Martine (installer) did an excellent job, was very personable and made sure I was a happy customer. The Gutter Guys was my chosen gutter contractor and Valley Exteriors was the prime. The job was well done by both contractors. I can highly recommend both.

Ed was pleasant to work with. Valley Exteriors completed a roof replacement for my house late last year in November. I chose this company as they were using reputable products w/ warranties. They also seemed to have attention to detail prior to the job starting—which was held throughout the project. You can tell they invest in quality and customer feedback. There was a small mishap w/ parking but it was partly my fault, however I do believe they could have approached the situation in a better way. They also started 2 weeks later than planned, but it was due to weather issues, so their employees were working a few days/week to complete it. I also have dogs and they worked with that to the best of their ability. Cleanup was good, some nails/debris left over is expected. Overall, I’d highly recommend this company and I may use them down the road for siding. The roof looks 10x better and they did a great job.
